The second video is Thomas Friedman explaining how in 2007, the world changed overnight because of GPS and the iPhone. The question for small business is: are you integrating technology and art into your workplace?

Our current tech / digital ecosystem began in 2007.

The longer I have reflected on what permanent white water calls for, the more I think the ability to let go and move with the energy of the system is key. We say “don’t push the river.”
